Chocolate Melting Spoons :)
Simply dip colored plastic spoons in melted dark,
milk or white chocolate (or candy coating) and top
with multicolored or glittery sprinkles. Wrap in clear
or colored cellophane, tied with ribbon. For a special
addition to this yummy gift, glue a photo of your
child onto a square of paper for a unique gift tag.

I'm craftily-challenged. I buy mine, all chocolate, from a specialty shop here. Still counts though! I have to resist the urge to eat the spoon rather than letting it melt in my mug of hot choccy. :D

Yeah, I'm a chocoholic, so it's hard for me to let them melt too... :D

Another version of this is to buy a bag of peppermint chips - they're like all broken up, not full chips - I think Andes makes them. You use whatever color spoon you like, melt half the chips, dip the spoon into the chips all the way, then rest on a no stick pan and sprinkle with some unmelted chips. Let them harden, wrap with plastic wrap and a pretty ribbon in sets of twos. These make a hot chocolate minty. Attach them to packages, tie them to a packet of hot cocoa, put them in a mug, use them as stocking stuffers, etc.

you could probably also dip it into chocolate wait for it to cool and melt white chocolate and drizzle it onto it. Then it would look really pretty! Or you could do white with chocolate drizzle. then sprinkles. THanks for the idea jinglebelle!!!
