How is 2010 treating you so far?

So, guys... how is the new year treating you so far?

So far, 2010 has given usuch snow, and Love an extra week outta school!

Well, not too bad. I know it could be much worse, so I won't complain. I have high hopes for 2010 being a much better year, so being the eternal optimist I am, not bad! LOL

The first half was full of ups and downs but I guess that par for the course. I am hoping for a quieter last half of the year, maybe the weather will break and fall will come early. I didn't think winter was ever gonna end but now I am ready for it to return!

Wait, not winter. Fall. Yeah, I'll take some fall weather right now!

I am with CC, first half there were a couple nice highs but some pretty bad lows too. same here about the weather, toward March I was a little tired of snow and ice, but now wish for just a bit, but I am so looking forward to nice crisp, cool , wonderful Autumn.

This has been an unsettling year so far. It has felt like there is constantly something going wrong or someone getting sick. I hope things start to calm down and settle into some type of routine. No more illness, sadness or anxiety.

I am with you there! It seems like alot of sickness and even a few deaths have fallen on my family and friends this year. Tom and I were riding around Saturday and I kinda became upset over it and and asked him when will it stop. He just looked at me lovingly and said honey the older you become the more loss you are gonna incur. And I guess its true but it doesn't make it any easier to take.

I hear ya. I've lost more loved ones in the last year and half than I had previous 37 years. It's sad. Someone told me that I am reaching a point where life stops giving and starts taking away.

I agree with that partially, cause I don't believe life ever stops giving, but there is certainly a point when it starts taking away. It's all apart of the journey.....

It has been the worst year so far... but things are starting to get better... Had some really hard things come to our family a few months back and its taken every ounce to get myself up off the floor.
