So I am sure everyone who has a Sonic has seen these delicious creations there, for a limited time only.
But with my recipe you can have them anytime and not end up looking like a pumpkin!!
Take 2 servings of vanilla ice cream (I use Guilt free, sugar free and/or fat free) and let soften some.
Scoop 1/2 cup pure pumpkin into blender. Place ice cream in the blender next. If your ice cream is to solid or if you want it a little thinner, add 1/4 milk...you can use 2% or skim.
Add pumpkin pie spice to your liking (I like alot!!)
And take one quarter of a graham cracker, place in a small bag and crush into fine crumbs.
Blend your ice cream, pumpkin, pumpkin spice (and milk if used) to your desired consistency. Pour into a glass and add reddi-whip or cool whip. Add another dash of pumpkin pie spice and crush graham cracker crumbs.
Another variety if you like Starbucks pumpkin frappe, brew a cup of really strong black coffee and allow to cool. Use this instead of milk and add some ice and then blend.
